The service

Smart Form is an AI-powered lead-qualification form you embed on your website. It asks your visitors adaptive questions, scores fit against your criteria, and delivers leads to you with an AI-written brief. Operated by BetterStory (betterstory.co).

Your account

You are responsible for what your form asks and where it sends people. Keep your site key reasonably private; anyone who embeds it serves sessions against your account.

Pilot accounts include a monthly session allowance. We may adjust limits to protect the service; we will tell you before a change that affects you.

Acceptable use

Do not use Smart Form to collect data you have no right to collect, to discriminate unlawfully, or to deceive visitors. Do not probe, overload, or abuse the service.

AI output

Qualification results, briefs, and suggested replies are AI-generated starting points, not professional advice. Read before you rely on them, and edit suggested replies before sending; you are responsible for what you send.

Your visitors' data

You own your leads. We process visitor data on your behalf as described in our Privacy page. You are responsible for your own privacy disclosures and lawful basis to collect visitor data on your site.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided as-is during the pilot. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and ending

Either of us can end the arrangement at any time; export your leads first and we will help if you ask. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced to the email on your account.
